Looks like you found a gorgeous spot! During training, I was running with the DRC on weekends and running buddies during the week. Both helped me find new running routes. It sure does keep things fresh.*
I try and find new routes when I’m not doing a specific training run. When I need those, I stick to what I know.
Just found your blog today, and I’ve enjoyed reading through some of your posts. It’s funny, as soon as I saw the pics above I just knew it had to be somewhere up here in the DFW area. Looks like a gorgeous spot to go running!
I currently have one favorite running route where I live. I would like to have somewhere like White Rock Lake to run that was closer to where we live. Loved running a 15k there last fall!
