I occasionally run with calf sleeves if I’m really feeling sore or if I feel like I need the extra support. These days, at 20 weeks pregnant, I need all the support I can get. And the extra help in blood circulation to my legs is welcomed. I like CEP Compression sleeves if I feel like I need some serious recovery. They fit SNUG. For lighter/moderate compression, I like Zensah sleeves. I have never tried Tommie Copper sleeves, but i hear they are good too!
What brand are they?
I wear CEP Compression or Zensah brand calf sleeves and I would recommend both!
I have a couple of pair of Zensah calf sleeves and have experimented wearing them on long runs; wearing them after a long run; and not wearing them at all. For me I think they do best after a long run when I am relaxing, I think they help me recover a little faster for the next days run.
